Georgina Cole Library is home to one of the largest genealogy collections in Southern California. Located on the mezzanine level of Cole Library, the physical collection concentrates on resources covering the 17th through 20th centuries in the United States. Digital resources include access to over ten genealogy databases, many accessible remotely with a Carlsbad City Library card. The mezzanine also includes a computer lab plus scanners to help you view, capture and preserve items related to your family history. The collection is open for research during regular Cole library hours and is staffed by skilled and helpful genealogists ready to assist in your research.
